Hi. I’m Erin Allgood.

I spent years looking for a job that fit me.

I wanted something that would fuel my passion, excite my curiosity, and let me be my whole self at all times. Frankly, it’s been a real struggle. I have always known the kind of impact I wanted to create in the world, but never found a place to call home. So, I made my own home.

Starting your own business is not for the faint of heart. It took a long time for me to show up authentically and fully in my business. But as I grew, I started to build my love of sustainability, feminism, and social justice into my everyday life and work. It felt damn good. I have finally arrived at exactly where I need to be, doing what I’m meant to do.

Now I help organizations of all shapes and sizes do the same. My typical day is spent rolling up my sleeves and digging in deep to really get to the heart of what my clients do and how they can align it for more impact in the world. I fucking love my job.

When I’m not working, I like to indulge my artistic side by breaking out my paints and creating vibrantly colored abstract paintings. You’ll see my art work integrated throughout my website because it’s as much a part of me as the work that I do.

Where I live and work is located on N’dakinna, now called Dover, New Hampshire, which is the unceded traditional ancestral homeland of the Abenaki, Pennacook, and Wabanaki Peoples, past and present. I acknowledge and honor with gratitude the land, waterways, living beings, and the people who have stewarded N’dakinna for many millennia.
