Discover
The first step in my process is where we get down deep on your organization and get serious about WHERE you want to go and take a look at HOW I plan to get us there. I get a peek at the dynamics at play, the systems and structures that need attention, and the overall current state of the organization.
Together, we identify what information we need to collect, what questions are driving this process, and envision what growth looks like. It won’t always be easy, but I promise that we will have more answers than questions at the end of this process.
The Messy Middle
This is where shit. gets. real. Underlying issues rear their ugly heads and we have to address them with an open heart and honesty. This phase requires confronting the inherent tradeoffs when it comes to big change as we continue to look to the future. This is the most demanding part of the journey, and there are no shortcuts, but you aren’t navigating it solo.
Integrate
After all that digging, planning, and working, the final step is coalescing all of that work into an actionable plan. This phase is not about time—some organizations take incremental steps over months or years while fresh start ups can implement ideas from day one.
There is power in the process. No matter what, this experience creates change and marks a turning point in organization’s journey. You and your team will have grown, learned, and come out the other side feeling more confident in the direction you’re heading and inspired to get to work.
